Epsilon-Caprolactone,with molecular weight 114.14 density 1.069g/ml, colourless liquid, soluble in water, alcohol, benzene and polar solvents ect., but insoluble in sherwood oil. It is the majaor material to produce PCL degradable plastic, widely used in degradable material, medical appliance, drugcarrier and 3D printing field for its excellet character of biodegradationand biocompatibility. It can be synthesized to PCL polyols by the ring opening of caprolactone monomer as the modifying agent, widely used in polyurethane, acrylic resin, polyester,epoxy resin and coatings to improve the flexibility, impact resistance,weatherability,soluble resistance,hydrolysis resistance and lustre.
PCL-2000 series products are polycaprolactone（PCL）diols which polymerized by small molecule diols and caprolactone monomer. The PCL diols synthesized polyurethane will get better hydrolysis resistance and low temperature flexibility than the adipic acid based polyesterdiols, and better heat resistance, weatherability and higher strength than the polyether diols.
PCL-H series products are macromolecular monomer which polymerized by hydroxyethyl (methyl) acrylate and caprolactone monomer. The coatings made from this series have excellentscratch resistance, abrasion resistance, low temperature flexibility, good elasticity,bonding and workability.
